I believe great design seamlessly integrates into users’ lives. A strong digital product not only has a usable interface but also boosts productivity and helps users achieve their goals. As tech evolves, so do user expectations — and through research, I aim to create holistic, human-centered experiences that meet those shifting needs.

My fascination with human behavior and decision-making has always guided me. Although my path to UX was somewhat accidental, I approached problems like a designer long before discovering the discipline. I spent years analyzing digital systems to solve unmet needs and enhance customer experiences. Over time, I realized this wasn’t just happenstance — it was a deliberate pivot into a field that perfectly aligns with my passion for research, human-centered design, and creative problem-solving.
